We wanted to thank you for your assistance in listing and selling our home in Escondido for us. We appreciated
that each realtor interested in showing the property to a client contacted you directly in order to set up an appointment
as opposed to having them contact us. It made the scheduling of these appointments easier and less stressful for

We wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you so much to Matt and the Synergy
team. We recently purchased our first house up in Ramona. This process can be a little overwhelming and scary!
Matt was there, every step of the way, making sure we understood the process and the contracts we were signing.
We felt like we had complete control over the decisions being made, and yet we were completely guided at the same

When my husband and I were looking to buy a house in San Diego, a friend of ours
